Grade DAvoid — thin evidence

Recent activity: Zero COAs in the last 90 days; latest publication was 362 days ago. Score: D. Score: D (revised from B under recent-cadence-weighted rubric). EQNO publishes COAs from TWO different verifiable third-party labs (Chromate with a working chromate.org/verify QR portal, and Veritas Analytic with report numbers and a chemist signature). Chromate verification is the strongest single piece of evidence in this audit set — a third party can re-check it via the QR/access code without contacting EQNO. The COAs name a real US LLC (EQNO Scientific LLC, Sheridan WY mail-forwarding address typical of small chemical suppliers). Domain age 4+ years (Wayback first snapshot 2021-12-03) supports continuity. Recency is solid (most recent COA dated 2025-05-12, 12 months before audit). Knocked off A because: (1) only ~1-2 COAs per product per year, well under the 'every batch tested' standard implied by an A; (2) no public dedicated COA index page — COAs are embedded as PNGs on individual product pages, requiring per-product navigation; (3) no vial photos on COAs to match against the vendor's branded labels; (4) only 5 in-stock products total, so volume is small. Overall this is a low-volume vendor with strong-but-thin batch coverage and verifiable independent labs.

The take

Verifiable labs do not compensate for four total COAs and a year of silence.

EQNO Scientific did one thing very well and two things badly. The well: its Chromate COAs are portal-verifiable. A third party can paste an access code such as EQNOP3AF9199 into chromate.org/verify and pull up the report without ever contacting EQNO. That is the strongest single piece of authentication infrastructure in this audit cohort, and EQNO supplements it with a second named lab, Veritas Analytic, which signs reports under Chief Chemist Song Ye. The badly: volume and recency. EQNO's entire visible record consists of four COAs, dated between July 7, 2024 and May 12, 2025, embedded as PNG images on individual product pages. There is no dedicated COA index. The most recent report is now 362 days old, and zero COAs have been published in the last 90 days. One or two reports per product per year, then silence, is not a per-batch testing program no matter how good the verification portal looks. EQNO has the right lab. It does not yet have a cadence.

  • Strength. Chromate's chromate.org/verify portal lets any third party independently re-check EQNO's COAs by access code, no vendor cooperation required.
  • Concern. Four COAs across the entire site history, the latest dated May 12, 2025, means there is no ongoing program to verify.

COA program

Public COA page Yes
Total COAs found 4
Date range 2024-07-07 → 2025-05-12
Cadence 0 COAs in the last 90 days — latest publication was 362 days before audit.
"Every batch" claimed? No
Volume vs. claim Site does not display a dedicated COA index; 1-2 COAs are embedded as PNG images on each of 4 active product pages (Tirzepatide, Semaglutide, Retatrutide, NAD+). No batch-by-batch dating; appears to be one COA per product per year.

Issuing labs & verifiability

  • Chromate Verifiable — Chromate.org/verify portal with QR code and access codes (e.g., EQNOP3AF9199 for Tirz, EQNOS8PJQK8Z for Sema). Lookup at https://chromate.org/verify?c=20958_EQNOP3AF9199 returns the COA. Signed by Lucas Weber, Principal Chemist. Chromate is a real US-based third-party analytical service known in the peptide community for its independent Testing Project.
  • Veritas Analytic Unverifiable — Real third-party supplement/chemical lab at veritasanalytic.com. COAs include Report Numbers (156901 Sema, 156902 Tirz) and a QR code, signed by Song Ye, Chief Chemist, dated May 10/12 2025. Client listed as 'EQNO Scientific LLC, 1309 Coffeen Avenue STE 1200, Sheridan WY 82801'. Lab portal not directly URL-linked from the COA, but the lab itself is verifiable via veritasanalytic.com.

Authenticity

Bottle images match brand? Unknown / unable to verify
Bottle evidence COA images do not include vial photographs. Product pages show stylized bottle/vial renders rather than photos of the actual tested batch. Cannot confirm or deny that real vial branding matches.
COA template shared with other vendors? No
