Grade ARecommended

Recent activity: 25 COAs in the last 90 days (~8.3/month average); latest 44 days before audit. Score: A (revised from B under recent-cadence-weighted rubric). Score: B (revised from A under recent-cadence-weighted rubric). Loti Labs has the strongest public COA program of the four vendors audited. There is a dedicated public COA index page (lotilabs.com/peptide-coas/) plus separate liquid-coas/ and capsule-coas/ pages, with ~50 distinct peptide COAs spanning Dec-2025 through Mar-2026 — clearly per-batch with a high cadence. The third-party lab is named (SR Bio Labs / srbiolabs.com), independently verifiable as a real analytical service, and the COA includes a QR code suggesting lab-portal verification (mechanism analogous to Janoshik or Chromate). Latest COA dated 2026-03-26, within the 90-day recency window. Lab template is unique to SR Bio Labs (not shared with the other audited vendors who use MZ Biolabs or Chromate). No active red flags. Note: the QR portal was not actually scanned/verified during this audit, so the 'one COA verifiable through a lab portal' criterion is supported by the QR's presence rather than a confirmed lookup. If portal lookup later fails, this should drop to B.

The take

A genuine third-party program with a six-year history — the only real second-place finisher we found, separated from first by cadence, not method.

Loti Labs runs a real, currently active third-party COA program — the second-best one in this audit. The public index at lotilabs.com/peptide-coas/ holds roughly 50 distinct COAs spanning 2025-12-22 through 2026-03-26, with 25 of them inside the 90-day window and a clear monthly cadence: 4 in December, 6 in January, 30 in February, 9 in March. The reports come from SR Bio Labs, a third-party analytical service running LC-MS and HPLC, and the BPC-157 COA dated 03/02/26 carries a QR code in the upper-right and a signature from Richard Sylvester MD on SR Bio letterhead. Domain registration goes back to 2019, so this is not a 60-day storefront. The gap to Oath Research is not methodology — it is volume. Loti averages 8.3 COAs per month over the trailing 90 days; Oath averages 36.3. The latest Loti COA is also 44 days old at audit, six weeks of silence on a program that posted 30 reports in February. The QR portal mechanism is present but was not actually scanned during the audit, and the COAs themselves embed no vial photo, so vial-to-batch correspondence rests on product-page marketing imagery.

  • Strength. A named third-party lab (SR Bio Labs), QR-bearing COAs, and a six-year domain history make this a structurally credible program rather than a launch-week storefront.
  • Concern. Cadence dropped from 30 COAs in February to 9 in March, and the latest report is 44 days old — the program needs to keep publishing to hold the A.

"Every batch" claimed? Yes
Volume vs. claim Site states 'Every batch, every time — our lab results are available for you to review' and 'every batch is independently lab-tested.' The dated COA filenames support active monthly cadence: 4 COAs in Dec-2025, 6 in Jan-2026, 30 in Feb-2026, 9 in Mar-2026. Every major product (BPC-157, Tirzepatide, Retatrutide, GLP-1, Semaglutide, etc.) has a corresponding 2026-dated COA on the public index. Latest COA observed dated 2026-03-26, well within the 90-day recency window for an A grade.

Issuing labs & verifiability

  • SR Bio Labs (srbiolabs.com, sales@srbiolabs.com) Verifiable — BPC-157 COA dated 03/02/26 (lot LOT-BPC1-00008) is signed by Richard Sylvester MD on SR Bio Labs letterhead and includes a QR code in the upper-right of the document. SR Bio Labs is a real third-party analytical lab using LC-MS and HPLC technology, independently verifiable at srbiolabs.com. The COA template includes a Loti Labs watermark, identifying the client. QR portal verification not opened during audit, but mechanism is present (comparable in form to Janoshik/Chromate).

Authenticity

Bottle images match brand? Unknown / unable to verify
Bottle evidence Sampled COA (BPC-157 5mg lot LOT-BPC1-00008, 03/02/26) shows chromatogram and analytical data only — no vial photo embedded in the COA. The COA is watermarked with the LOTI LABS logo. Product pages display Loti Labs-branded vials but these are marketing photographs, not COA-embedded vial pictures, so vial-to-COA correspondence cannot be definitively confirmed from the COA alone.
COA template shared with other vendors? No
